– Once approved, we will provide you with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for cases of defective or incorrect items).
– Pack the item securely and send it back to us promptly.

– If the return is approved due to defects or errors on our part, we will process the full refund, including original shipping costs.
– Refunds for other reasons may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
